Do I have to have a reservation?

Yes. Reservations are booked online

When is my payment due?

Private tours have Deposits which are due at booking and balance is due 5 days before tour date.

Public tours are paid in full at booking. All tours have Taxes, Booking Fee and Gratuity Fees added to every tour.

When should I arrive?

We ask that you get at pick-up place 20 minutes before tour time to sign waivers and get beverages in coolers. Remember arriving late affects tour times. Tours are 2 hours from scheduled tour time.

Do I bring my own drinks?

Yes. This tour is BYOB. NO GLASS ALLOWED. Beer, liquor and wine are allowed as long as it is brought in cans or plastic. Box wine is also allowed. Please premix cocktails in plastic containers.

What is the cancellation policy?

2 weeks prior to tour = full refund. Less than 2-weeks = no refund.
You will be given the option to reschedule at a later date.
No shows or last-minute cancellation = no refund.

What is the Weather policy?

We ride rain or shine.
You will be notified of cancellation due to weather – please do not assume your tour is cancelled unless you are notified by us. We will not tour in lightening or severe weather.
40 degrees or below or 100 degrees or above you will be given the option to reschedule at a different date and time.

How many people can ride on the bike?

All Bikes can accommodate up to 15 riders, with a weight limit of 3,500 pounds max.

How long are the tours?

Downtown are 2-hour tours.

How do I book my tour?

Go back to home page and click on book now and follow the prompts.

Is there music on this tour?

Absolutely! We have a stereo with an auxiliary cord or Bluetooth. You are welcome to hook up your iPod or MP3 player or your phone, your host will assist you in the hook-up process.

What should I wear?

Please dress appropriate for predicted weather. Tennis shoes, no sandals, boots are fine. No high heel shoes allowed. No flip flops allowed or open toed shoes.

Is it dangerous?

It is no more dangerous than riding a regular hay-wagon. However, as with everything, there is always risk involved so passengers ride at their own risk. (Read the Wavier).

Can I decorate?

Absolutely! Decorations are welcome. All decorations must be socially appropriate.

You must arrive 20 minutes before your tour to decorate.

Please note we cannot cover our signs on the wagon at any time.

Can I tip the host and tractor driver even after l

Absolutely! Our drivers and hosts are there to make it fun and exciting.

We’re sure they would appreciate a tip, but only if you feel they did a good job making it FUN.
